Bicycles are provided free of charge and subject to availability. They must be returned upon returning to the hotel. Failure to return the keys will result in a €10.00 charge per bicycle per day.
Adults or minors accompanied by a responsible person may access the bicycle service.
The user is responsible for any damage caused to themselves or to the bicycle. Hotel La Bitta cannot be held liable for any form of compensation. Hotel La Bitta declines all liability for improper use of the bicycle or failure to comply with the Highway Code.
The bicycle must be returned in the same condition in which it was collected; in the event of damage and/or breakages caused or suffered by the bicycle, compensation will be required. Alternatively, the user may have the vehicle repaired at his or her own expense. In the event of irreparable damage, a sum of €200.00 will be required as compensation.
In the event of theft of the bicycle, the user must present a copy of the theft report filed with the competent authorities and pay the sum of €200.00, which will be refunded if the vehicle is recovered/found.
The user agrees to look after the bicycle; to use a lock whenever leaving the bicycle unattended; to drive and use the bicycle in compliance with traffic regulations; to report any damage caused to or suffered by the bicycle;
Hotel La Bitta may refuse to rent a bicycle to anyone who is drunk or under the influence of drugs (pursuant to Articles 186-187 of the Highway Code) or for other reasons, at its sole discretion.
Bicycle rental presupposes knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations displayed at the hotel entrance, releasing Hotel La Bitta from any liability.
